2b2t — Server Reference

2b2t is one of the oldest anarchy servers in Minecraft, known for its lack of rules and its absence of an active anti-cheat. This page documents the server's context, version support, and known client behavior. Server conditions can change — always check current state before relying on this data.

Quick summary

2b2t operates as a true anarchy server with no active anti-cheat. Client usage is the norm rather than the exception. No rule prohibits clients. The primary in-game threats are other players — many of whom are using clients themselves. This page is provided as technical context.

Server environment

2b2t's design assumes that players are responsible for their own defense. This means there are no restrictions on client usage, no anti-cheat validation of movement or combat, and no server-side monitoring of rendering. Any module that a client provides can be used without technical interference.

The gameplay environment is hostile. Other players use clients extensively, including combat modules, movement modules, and ESP. Physical security (hidden bases, coordinated defense) matters more than technical detection because there is no detection.

Client usage on 2b2t

  • Combat modules: KillAura, AimBot, and similar modules are commonly used. There is no server-side restriction.
  • Movement modules: Fly, Speed, and BHop are usable without interference. Some modules (like elytra-based flight) interact with the server's travel mechanics.
  • Visual modules: X-Ray is fully effective because there is no ore obfuscation. ESP and Tracers work without restriction.
  • World modules: Nuker and similar modules are commonly used in mining operations.

Version compatibility

2b2t's server software supports a range of Minecraft versions through server-side translation. Most modern clients connect successfully. Some modules behave differently on different client versions — check the individual client pages for version-specific notes.

Known limitations

  • Server-side lag and queue times can affect module timing. Some modules that rely on precise timing may misbehave during lag spikes.
  • Because other players also use clients, PvP outcomes depend on more than just your client's settings.
  • The server occasionally changes hardware or software. Compatibility is reviewed weekly on our end, but sudden changes can temporarily break client behavior.
