Visual Cheats for Minecraft

Modules that change rendering. Each entry documents client support, version compatibility, and whether server-side ore obfuscation or anti-cheat systems affect the module.

Visual category overview

Visual modules change what the client renders without changing game state. The six tracked modules are X-Ray (ore and block reveal), ESP (entity highlight), NameTags (enhanced nameplates), FullBright (maximum brightness), Tracers (lines toward entities), and Chams (colored entity rendering). Visual modules are client-side only and generally not detected by anti-cheat systems, except X-Ray on servers with ore obfuscation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can servers detect visual modules?

Visual modules run client-side and do not change server state. Most anti-cheat systems cannot detect them directly. The exception is X-Ray on servers with ore obfuscation, which changes how ores are sent to the client.

Why does X-Ray sometimes show fewer ores?

Some servers use ore obfuscation — ores are sent to the client with fake positions or hidden until exposed. This makes X-Ray less effective. Server-side ore obfuscation is a deliberate countermeasure.

Does ESP work through walls?

Yes. ESP renders entity positions regardless of whether blocks obstruct the view. The rendering is client-side, so the server cannot detect it.

Are visual modules safe on Hypixel?

Visual modules carry much lower ban risk than combat or movement modules. Hypixel's anti-cheat focuses primarily on movement and combat behavior, not client-side rendering.
